Cova will expand its Circuit Rider Program in Honduras over the next 12 months, supporting safe drinking water services in 950 communities by installing chlorination systems and training local water boards to operate financially viable, self-sustaining water utilities.

Through its Aula Integral program, Asociación La Alianza Guatemala integrates accredited, trauma-informed education within a comprehensive child protection model, helping adolescent survivors of violence, exploitation, and trafficking restore their right to education, recover lost learning, and build pathways to continued education, economic independence, and self-determined futures.

Building Foundations for Success will carry out Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) in 12 community schools in El Salvador, a methodology that assesses students' actual learning levels and provides targeted support to reach grade-level proficiency in literacy and numeracy. Building on pilot results showing 65% improvement in math and 85% in reading, the initiative will train teachers and engage community members to lead remedial learning clubs.

With this grant, Global Pediatric Alliance will expand the access that Mayan women have to quality, culturally-safe and respectful maternal health services in southern Mexico by strengthening the skills of midwives, building community networks of care and promoting Respectful Maternal Care principles in clinics and training institutions.

Guatemala Village Health will improve the health of Maya families in remote Izabal, Guatemala by using a cost-sharing, community-directed model to install 350 household water filters, 110 composting toilets and 110 smokeless stoves effectively reducing high rates of waterborne disease, respiratory illness, and chronic malnutrition - especially among women and children.

The Río Limpio project tackles critical health and environmental challenges in the Peruvian Amazon by combating the Aedes aegypti mosquito; it recruits, trains, and empowers community health workers to conduct home visits, educate residents on sustainable behavior changes, co-design effective solid waste management solutions, and integrate educational initiatives in schools, all through a collaborative and participatory community approach.

Strengthen community-led efforts to reduce childhood anemia and malnutrition in rural Peru through nutrition, clean water, local leadership, and sustainable food security initiatives.

This project accompanies 110 young women aged 16 to 21 from vulnerable neighborhoods in Cartagena through the core phases of Juanfe's 360° Model, certified technical training, psychosocial support, and job placement or entrepreneurship support, to break the intergenerational cycle of poverty through economic autonomy.

Preventing childhood malnutrition and strengthening maternal and family health in Indigenous Maya communities through increased access to healthy foods, and culturally grounded community-led solutions.

SHI is strengthening farmer-led soil health monitoring in Honduras' Dry Corridor by equipping partnering smallholder farmers with accessible digital and field-based tools and training to improve soil management, strengthen food security, and increase climate resilience.

This project will expand fish farming through Andando’s women's cooperative garden network, improving household nutrition, increasing women’s incomes, and strengthening climate-resilient food production in rural Senegal.

CREATE! will partner with rural Senegalese women from the community of Wene Thieye and empower them to break the climate–water–food insecurity cycle by providing sustainable water infrastructure, regenerative agriculture and entrepreneurship training, and cooperative-based economic opportunities that will enable them to achieve food security, financial independence, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Deeply grounded in local communities and implemented with county governments, Mobile Health for Mamas uses short-term, high-saturation health campaigns to reach underserved women in Western Kenya with home-based HPV self-sampling, timely results through CureCervicalCancer’s mobile laboratory, treatment through mobile clinics, and patient navigation to referral facilities for women requiring advanced care.

Serving Ethiopia, particularly in the Tigray region, the Dignity Period Project provides free menstrual hygiene supplies to women and girls so they can attend school, work, and participate fully in daily life with confidence, health, and dignity, and brings essential menstrual health education to women, girls, and boys.

A new, accelerated remedial education program — serving previously out-of-school girls 10-14 from nomadic communities — condensing four years of primary education into one year, and greatly reducing their vulnerability to child marriage and FGM. 

Impact Water is partnering with county governments in Kenya to develop and document a replicable model for government-financed safe drinking water services in public schools.

Bridging the Digital Divide is an inABLE initiative that will upgrade Assistive Technologies Labs at Thika High School for the Blind, equip 500+ visually impaired learners and 40+ teachers with inclusive digital skills, and embed sustainable resources (digital library and ongoing support) to expand equitable learning and employment pathways in Kenya’s digital economy.

Thanks to support from The International Foundation and matching funding from an anonymous donor, LifeNet will improve the quality and sustainability of healthcare services in underserved communities in Northern Ghana by providing training, mentoring, and supportive supervision on critical clinical and management topics to 30 local, LifeNet partner health facilities. 

This project unites women's gardening cooperatives, health system authorities, and 20,000 mothers to reduce acute child malnutrition by 30% across eight peri-urban communities in Bamako by testing the local, sustainable production of nutritional supplements from seasonal produce.

Working together with the government of Liberia and the University of Liberia this program will deploy the national NICU training package expanded to include simulation-based skill and team building with mentorship at the bedside to improve outcomes for premature and sick neonates.

This project empowers frontline health workers in Rwanda to help women access earlier cervical cancer detection through a co-designed artificial intelligence application that supports visual inspection, strengthens confidence in care, and puts women at the centre of the screening experience.

MissionCleanWater will rehabilitate 40 nonfunctional water points across Soroti and Kalaki Districts in Uganda, restoring reliable clean water for approximately 20,000 people and 10 schools while strengthening local maintenance, community governance, and long-term water system sustainability.

Through this project, One Acre Fund will scale its proven, comprehensive model, combining farm inputs, flexible finance, and climate-smart training, to help smallholder farmers across Sub-Saharan Africa achieve food security and lasting economic prosperity. 

The goals of this program are to rebuild coral reefs and combat food insecurity in southwest Madagascar by improving reef health, enhancing availability of nutritious marine foods, and studying pathways to sustainability on one of the world’s largest rebuilt reef systems.

SHARE is a program of The Plastic Surgery Foundation that seeks to improve care and surgical capacity in regions with limited numbers of plastic surgeons but high incidence of conditions requiring plastic surgery treatment.

Accelerate trachoma elimination in Eritrea through WASH programming that strengthens behavior change, integrates facial cleanliness and environmental (F&E) improvement into national health systems, and builds capacity of local health staff to promote change and encourage regular health check-ups. 

This project strengthens women's economic opportunities, expands access to health education, and develops community-led leadership through entrepreneurship training, mentorship, and ongoing support.

To improve student health and learning, the Ugandan Water Project and REACH for Uganda are bringing safe, reliable water to approximately 26 rural schools in Eastern Uganda through the installation of 39 rainwater collection systems with the addition of water filters and handwashing stations.

VillageReach’s Bate‑Papo Vacina! (Let's Talk about Vaccines!) project engages caregivers, community leaders, and local health systems in Mopeia, Mulevala and eight other districts to design, scale and sustain practical, community‑driven solutions that address barriers to vaccine access and strengthen immunization services to ensure all children receive the full schedule of lifesaving vaccines.

Water is Basic’s Women’s Well Repair Initiative expands into two new South Sudanese states in 2026, training and equipping 40 women-led well-repair teams to restore 500 broken wells, bring reliable clean water to 255,000 people, and establish a locally led, income-generating water infrastructure that empowers women as engineers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.

CRS will strengthen climate-resilient livelihoods in Vietnam by helping smallholder black pepper farmers adopt agroforestry practices, improve product quality and traceability, and access sustainable markets while restoring degraded agricultural landscapes.

One Heart Worldwide will train Nepali nurses on lifesaving maternal and newborn health skills via the Simulation-Based Mentorship Program, in order to combat preventable deaths during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.

Build the Basics scales a proven pilot to help 36,000 marginalized children, especially girls, to dramatically improve foundational literacy and numeracy , and recover three years of pandemic learning loss, through learner-centric teaching tailored to each child's learning level.
