Foundation President Frank Holmes Madden provided a steady hand in guiding the foundation during the twenty years of his tenure. Frank was a graduate of Princeton University, Class of ’54. After Princeton he enlisted in the USAF, became a commissioned pilot and after leaving the Air Force went on to fly commercially for Eastern Airlines. Frank’s business career of over four decades was spent in banking, first at the Bank of New York and then JPMorgan & Company where he rose to senior management. Frank served on The International Foundation board for over 30 years. He was a resident of Spring Lake Heights, NJ.
John Carrico was a valued and long-time member of the board of trustees and served as the board's Secretary/ Treasurer. Mr. Carrico was the retired founder and former senior partner of Carrico Associates, P.A., Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Carrico’s background included audits of development projects in Africa. He was a resident of Hamburg, New Jersey.
