Edward A. Holmes, PhD

Dr. Holmes has extensive experience in the field of the organization and management of development projects in the third world. He served as a training coordinator for the Peace Corps in Central and South American regions; Resided in Nigeria and Liberia managing development projects funded by USAID, United Nations and the Episcopal and Anglican churches. He also served as Director of the Overseas Development Office of the Episcopal Church (USA). He was Associate Dean of Emory University and Dean of Instruction of Cuttington University in Liberia. He built the Rural Development Agricultural Institute in Liberia at Cuttington University. He resides in North Carolina.
